Instructions for Pizza snails in
To prepare the Pizza snails in recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the water. Add the salt, oil and flour and knead the dough well. Let dough raise in 40 min. Roll dough out into a rectangle approximately 40 x 40 cm. mix together the tomato paste, oregano, garlic and about 175 g of the cheese together. Butter mixture on the dough (in addition to it all). Roll out dough together like a roulade and cut it into 16 slices. Let the slugs after raising in 20 min. Sprinkle rest of cheese over and eventually behind slugs in my 12-15 at 200 ยบ.
