1canMussels, 150 g
1pinchSalt
dlWater
2tbspOlive oil
200gSliced cheese, URf.eks. mozzarella or bel paese
2-3tbspGrated Parmesan cheese
25gYeast
250gPeeled Shrimp
250-300gPizzamel
8-10Tomatoes in slices

Instructions for Pizza marinara (with seafood)

To prepare the Pizza marinara (with seafood) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve yeast in the warm liquid. Add oil, salt and flour slightly at a time and knead the dough well and smoothly. Sprinkle a little flour and allow the dough to increase ¾-1 hour to double size.

Then divide the dough into two pieces and roll them out approx. ½ cm. Thick and about 20 cm in diameter.

Lay the two rolled buns on the baking sheet with baking paper and allow them to raise about 30 minutes. Put them in a 225 degree hot oven and behind them approx. 20 minutes
