250 | g | Italian wheat flour |
350-400 | g | Fresh Italian mozzarella |
4 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
6-7 | Sweet, ripe tomatoes |
Instructions for Pizza Margherita
To prepare the Pizza Margherita recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough:
Stir salt and sugar into the water, add the yeast and oil and stir thoroughly. Add the flour gradually.
