250-300 | g | Pizzamel |
300 | g | Tomatoes |
400 | g | Mushrooms |
Instructions for Pizza con funghi (with mushrooms)
To prepare the Pizza con funghi (with mushrooms) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in the warm liquid. Add oil, salt and flour slightly at a time and knead the dough well and smoothly. Sprinkle a little flour and allow the dough to increase ¾-1 hour to double size.
Then divide the dough into two pieces and roll them out approx. ½ cm. Thick and about 20 cm in diameter.
Lay the two rolled buns on the baking sheet with baking paper and allow them to raise about 30 minutes. Put them in a 225 degree hot oven and behind them approx. 20 minutes
Fill: Clean the mushrooms and grate on a pan in butter or olive oil. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Spread the tomato slices on the dough and sprinkle with spices. Put mushrooms over and bring olives on. Cover with grated cheese and drip with oil.
tips:
The pizza bottles can be baked for 10 minutes before filling, so the bottom becomes crispier. The dough can also be rolled out into a large square plate or can be molded into portion pitzzaer.
