2 | can | Kon. tomato paste (a) 70 g |
200 | g | Grated mozzarella cheese |
3 | dl | Pizzamel |
Instructions for Pizza auger
To prepare the Pizza auger recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into the water. Add salt, oil and flour and knead the dough well. Let the dough rest for 40 min. Scroll out to square approx. 35x35 cm. Mix tomato puree, garlic, oregano and approx. 175 g of cheese together. Distribute the mixture over the dough. Roll the dough together as a roulade and cut it into 16 slices. Place the slices with the slice surface on top of baking paper. Leave the snails after 20 min. Stir the rest of the cheese over. Bake 12-15 min at 200ยบ. Freeze-suited.
