2.5 | dl | Cream |
2.5 | dl | Whole milk |

Instructions for Pistachios 02
To prepare the Pistachios 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop nuts relatively nicely. Bring them to a pan and shake them a little until golden.
Pour milk and cream and let it boil with low heat until the nuts become tender.
Pure the nut milk in a blender and say it.
Whip sugar and egg yolks foaming in a large bowl. Put the egg yolk with the purified nut milk. When the egg mass is alloyed thick and creamy, remove it from the heat and cool off. Drive the pistachio ice cream on ice cream until it gets really creamy and airy. Then put it in the freezer until it is eaten.

Tip When the ice cream is almost done on the ice maker, add a little roasted chopped pistachios
