0.5 | dl | Oil |
1 | Eggs | |
1.5 | dl | Water |
150 | g | Chicken, diced |
2 | dl | Grated cheese |
5 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Pirogger with chicken / cheese filling
To prepare the Pirogger with chicken / cheese filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Stir yeast into lukewarm water
2. Add oil, salt and flour
3. Peel the dough well and allow it to rise for 30 minutes.
Mix the chicken and grated cheese in a bowl
5. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees
6. Peel the dough through and divide it into 12 pieces, shaped into buns
7. Roll out the balls to a thin plate. (With a rolling roll)
8. Put chicken / cheese on the dough plates
9. Form the piroggs and dot them with a fork
10. Brush the piroggs with egg whipped egg
11. Bake them for 15 minutes
