4-5 | slices | Sandwich bread |
800 | g | Frozen cod fillets |
Instructions for Pick Fish
To prepare the Pick Fish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the crusts of the bread, turn the slices in a little melted butter on a pan and put them in a greased, refractory dish.
The thawed cod fillets are boiled 6-7 min. Let them dripping and piling them into small pieces spread over the bread slices.
Make a bake of flour, butter, 1/2 milk and 1/2 fish soup. Add the saucepan.
Pour the baking over the fish, sprinkle with grater and baking in oven at 200 degrees C until the grater is golden.
