500 | g | Half beef, half pork. (you can also use only pork or beef) |
Instructions for Phaseed Peppers
To prepare the Phaseed Peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the peppers and cut the green stem without destroying the peppers. Rinse them thoroughly so that all the cores come out. Season the meat with salt, pepper and peppers and fill the peppers with it. Lay them in a pan of boiled water (all peppers must be covered with water) and let them boil for 30-35 minutes.
Boil the peeled tomatoes together with tomato puree, organo, boullion dice with salt and pepper, possibly. Add some water. When the peppers are finished, put them in a dish and pour the tomato sauce over and gratinate them in the oven for 10 minutes.
