Shake flour and 1 dl. milk for jævning. Pour it in a thick-bottomed saucepan and babies it up with the rest of the milk. Bring the gravy to a boil by constantly whipping. Let the sauce simmer 5 min. Add the butter/margarine if necessary. Taste the gravy with spices and add chopped parsley.
