Instructions for Perfect for the lunch package
To prepare the Perfect for the lunch package recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whole bread: melt the butter in a saucepan. Take the saucepan off the heat and add water and buttermilk. The mixture must be small-fingered. Pour it into a bowl and stir the yeast out. Add the remaining ingredients (hold ½ dl wheat flour back). Beat the dough well with a saucepan. Cover the dough with a lid or aluminum foil and set it up for a slight spot for approx. 1 hour.
Fill for bread: Bring pepper and onions in a pan, with even heat and stirring, for approx. 3 min. Or until the water has evaporated. Let the peppers mix a little and turn the ham, oregano, salt and pepper into.
Take the dough out on a crispy plate and knead it well. Add if necessary. The rest of the flour. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and form them into buns. Roll them flat (about 17 cm in diameter). Place 3 tablespoons filled in half of each piece of dough. Distribute the cheese slices to the filling. Brush the edge of the dough pieces with buttermilk and fold them into "crescent-shaped" bread. Press the edges together with a fork. Distribute the pastries on a plate of baking paper and brush them with buttermilk. Put the breadcakes in the middle of the oven. Let the loaves cool off on a baker.
