Instructions for Peppernøtter
To prepare the Peppernøtter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sugar and margarine / butter are stirred white. The syrup is heated slightly so that it becomes more flowing. Everything is mixed. (The dough can stand cold for a couple of hours if one wants, but is not required) Be poured into sausages, divided into pieces and rolled into balls (size of hazelnuts with mustard). Put on baking paper. Stir at 190 degrees Celcius for approx. 8-10 minutes. If they are cooked with more than 10 minutes, they become hard. At about 8-9 min. They become soft.
