Ingredients for Pebersaute

1 | tsp | Crushed black pepper |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | dl | Whipped cream |
100 | g | Mushroom |
2 | tsp | Green pickled peppercorns |
25 | g | Butter |
400 | g | Beef Tenderloin |
Instructions for Pebersaute
To prepare the Pebersaute recipe, please follow these instructions:
The beef tenderloin cut into shredded shreds for a few minutes on a very hot pan in oil. Add crushed pepper and remove the forehead.
Chopped onion rose golden in butter with chopped green pepper grains. Add sliced mushroom, white wine, cream and cream fraiche. Season with salt.
The meat is turned into the sauce.
Served if required. With roasted potatoes.
