To prepare the Peanut rye bread with raw, cracked potatoes (Amo) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are washed and scrapped. Wrecked on a scarce iron.
Beer, buttermilk and water are mixed together and lunes until it is hand warm (37 degrees). The yeast is dissolved therein. The other ingredients are added and the dough is kneaded until it is uniform. Set for raising in a tight spot approx. 45 minutes, covered.
The dough is merged and divided into 3 equal parts. Form for balls and then for oblong bread, put in lubricated 2 liter molds. The bread is dotted with a fork. Repeats in a warm place, covered to the dough reaches to the edge of the molds, approx. 30 minutes.
Brush the bread with water. Bake on the grill grill at the bottom of the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes.
