1Rod oatmeal
125gMarzipan

Instructions for Pavlova 02

To prepare the Pavlova 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg whites very stiff. Add vinegar and half of the sugar. Whip for 5 min. Add the last sugar and whip for another 5 minutes until the mass is lind and cool. Tear the marcipan roughly and gently turn it into the dough. A spring mold is buttered with butter and sprinkled with sugar before the mass comes in. "Lose" the spring shape from 5cm height on the table, if necessary. Air bubbles disappear. Bake at 150 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove from the mold and cool completely. Before serving the cream is whipped stiff and the grains are scrapped out of the vanilla bar and turned in. Cover the cake with whipped cream and decorate with fresh fruit, original Pavlova is with kiwi and blueberries but the cake tastes delicious with all fresh fruit. Easy and very delicious dessert !!
