To prepare the Patatas pobres (Porkman's Potatoes) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into coarse slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and garlic. Step for approx. 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes and raise them at medium heat for approx. 20 minutes with regular stirring.
