180 | g | Peel mealy potatoes |
2 | tbsp | Sherry |
25 | g | Almonds |
3 | dl | Water 2 tbsp. cocoa |
3 | tsp | Vanilla |
30 | g | Lactose free margarine |
40 | g | Acacia honey or sugar |
Instructions for Patatais (Milk)
To prepare the Patatais (Milk) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes peeled and cut into smaller pieces for cocoa is stirred into the water along with the potatoes and boil for 15 minutes.
The tonsils are chopped finely in a food processor or loosened from the bottom.
When the potatoes are cooked, accepted the finished along with the water and the other ingredients in the mixer and blend together with the almonds into a fine, steady mass.
