Ingredients for Pasta sauce with parsley

Instructions for Pasta sauce with parsley
To prepare the Pasta sauce with parsley recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a large pan and gently fry the onion and garlic in 2-3 min. to the onions are clear. Add the parsley, bell pepper and mushrooms and sauté it all in my 3-4. Add the peeled tomatoes, oregano and basil. Let the Court Cook 10-15 min to the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Tips:
Variation: If you want meat in the Court, one can sear 500 g ground beef with onion and garlic.
