Instructions for Parsnip soup
To prepare the Parsnip soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash Leek thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Peel the potatoes and parsnips and cut them into cubes. Sauté the vegetables in oil for a few minutes, they must not take color. Add the broth and cook the vegetables until tender, about 20 minutes Pour the soup in a blender and pureér it. Pour the soup back into the pot and whisk in the mustard, without enough of the cooker. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve garlic bread m. parsley pesto. pestoen can be omitted.
