Instructions for Parmesan Bread
To prepare the Parmesan Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat, add the milk and warm it until it is finger-hot. Crumble the yeast in a bowl and pour the dough liquid over, stirring. Mix flour, salt, ½ dl parmesan cheese and ½ tablespoons oregano. Put it in the bowl. Work the dough smoothly and allow it to rise to double size, about 30 min. Lay the dough on a table and roll it out to a length. Cut the length into twenty pieces. Form the pieces for round buns and place 14 of the balls in 2 rows in a greased, oblong shape, about 2 l. Brush the balls with melted butter. Place the rest of the balls on top of the groove between the 2 rows, brush with grease and dry the rest of the cheese mixed with the rest of the oregano over. Cover it and allow it to rise for 30-35 min. Bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes on the bottom groove. Let the bread cool and turn it on a grate.
