To prepare the Pariserbøf 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Form 4 flat steaks of the meat.
Put the meat on each slice of french bread and brown meat side.
Style the 4 pariser steaks into the oven at 200C. In about 15 min. (The bread side must be down)
Chin laced in small tern. Favor egg yolks in 4 small bowls.
Stir a bowl of egg yolks on each plate, advantage onion, capers, horseradish, beetroot and remulade on one side of the plate and place the pariser steak on the other side.
