Ingredients for Paprika Chicken

1.5 | tbsp | Paprika edelsuss |
1600 | g | Chicken |
2 | dl | Chicken broth |
2 | clove | Crushed garlic |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
25 | g | Butter |
35 | g | Bland lard |
4 | slices | Smoked bacon |
5 | Chopped shallots | |
500 | g | Mushrooms |
70 | g | Tomato puree, conc |
Instructions for Paprika Chicken
To prepare the Paprika Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut bacon into strips across. Swap them until they are golden.
Divide the chicken into quarters and brown in the bacon grease added pig fat.
Cook finely chopped mustard onion and crushed garlic to the onions are ready. Add the peppers and brown it slightly before pouring tomato puree, broth and cream. Boil the sauce and season with salt.
Put the chicken pieces back into the pan. Let the dish boil under low heat for approx. 30-35 minutes.
Sprinkle if necessary. Put some broth on during frying.
Cut the sliced mushrooms into slices and lightly chop them in butter. Add the court approx. 10 minutes before it's done.
Heat the bacon pieces and sprinkle them over the dishes.
