Ingredients for Paprika bread
0.5 | tsp | Mild paprika |
1 | clove | Pressed garlic |
1 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Pastamel |
2 | dl | Lukewarm water |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
2 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
2 | tsp | Dried Rosemary |
25 | g | Yeast |
350 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Paprika bread
To prepare the Paprika bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water and stir in salt and oil. First stir the pasta and knead the flour until the texture is smooth. Raises a covered ½ hour. Slice the dough through and divide it into 4. Roll each piece to 1 cm thick circle. Repeat the plate with a frying dish over 20 minutes. Stir tomato puree, garlic and peppers together. Squeeze the bread with the knots and mix the mixture on top. Dip with oil and sprinkle with rosemary. Pour the bread in the middle of the oven approx. 20 min at 200 °. Cool on the grid. Can be frozen.
