To prepare the Pappa col pomodoro recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bread is cut into small terns. Garlic peel and sauté whole in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden. Takes up now. The tomatoes are cut into fine tern and poured into the pan together 3/4 of the water, tomato puree, merian and a little salt. It all boils up. The broths are added and the whole is boiled through constant stirring and the bread is completely soaked. If necessary add a little more water regularly. The bread is mashed with a fork if it does not boil completely. The soup must be fairly thick in consistency. The soup is poured into hot plates and cooked with cheese, salt and pepper.
