Instructions for Papas arragudas
To prepare the Papas arragudas recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scrub the potatoes and boil them in well-salted water. Pour the water from the halves and put them in a serving dish. Knus garlic chopped chilipeber and cumin seeds, mix with salt and peppers and stir in vinegar and oil. Season with pepper and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve.
