Ingredients for Papardelle with salmon

A little oil or butter for frying
Pepper, freshly ground
Salt
1tspBrown sugar
1tspFresh chopped red chilli
2cloveCrushed garlic
30gBasil leaves freshly chopped
500gPappardelle
500gTomatoes, roughly chopped
600gIn 4 slices of salmon or steaks

Instructions for Papardelle with salmon

To prepare the Papardelle with salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the Pappardellen in a large pot of boiling water, add a little salt. Sighted and returned to the pot.

Heat a little oil or butter on a pan and raise the salmon slices until golden. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.

While the pasta boils, 2 tablespoons of olive oil is heated in a thick pot with garlic and chilli. Stir for 1 minute for low heat, add the chopped tomatoes with juice and dough, stir gently for 5 minutes or until the tomatoes are warmed.
