To prepare the Pancakes with buckwheat flour recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sift flour and salt into a bowl (to add airiness). Add the eggs and mix well. Pour the milk and whip. Add melted butter. Pour the dough into a clean bowl through a sieve. Cover the bowl with plastic film and style in the fridge for 2 hours.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator to allow room temperature before it is used. Remove pancakes.
