Ingredients for Pærerkage

200 | g | Wheat flour |
200 | g | Good quality peeled pears into quarters |
250 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Sugar |
3-4 | Cardamom capsules | |
5 | Eggs | |
5 | dl | Red wine |
Instructions for Pærerkage
To prepare the Pærerkage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Burn sugar by in a pan with the cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and lemon zest. Add a little red wine so that the sugar doesn't burn. When the farinen is liquid, add the rest of the red wine and the brine is boiled down a bit. Cook the pears in the bed sheet at very low heat for a few minutes, turn off the heat and let the pears get into brine for a few hours, but beware that they do not become soft. Butter and sugar are beaten, flour, invert and add the eggs one at a time. Turn the pears in the batter and got it in a greased springform. Bake at 160 degrees for about 1 hour or until it is cooked through.
