All herbs are cleansed and cut into strips. The herbs are sautéed and put in the pan. Add white wine. Put the fish on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper over. Place foil over. Put the pan in the oven approx. 45 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
