2.5dl38% or 18% sour cream
750gPlums

Instructions for Oven baked plums with lemon cream

To prepare the Oven baked plums with lemon cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Flush the flowers. Knit 4-5 times in each flower with a fork. Put them in an ovenproof dish.

2. Sprinkle sugar over, pour water into the dish.

3. Slice cinnamon sticks and pieces of lemon between the flowers.
