2.5 | dl | 38% or 18% sour cream |
750 | g | Plums |
Instructions for Oven baked plums with lemon cream
To prepare the Oven baked plums with lemon cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Flush the flowers. Knit 4-5 times in each flower with a fork. Put them in an ovenproof dish.
2. Sprinkle sugar over, pour water into the dish.
3. Slice cinnamon sticks and pieces of lemon between the flowers.
4. Close the dish, for example with aluminum foil. Put it in the oven and turn on 175 c. Behind the flowers until they are tender, approx. 45 min.
5. Let the flowers cool. Pour the layer off and stir a little of the layer together with cremefraiche. Taste the cream and stir make in a suitable consistency. Taste if Till with flourishes.
6. Serve the flowers cold or warm with the cream.
