Instructions for Ostesouflé
To prepare the Ostesouflé recipe, please follow these instructions:
Baking time is approximately 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Turn on the oven. Stir in the flour with a little of the cream in a saucepan. Add the rest of the cream and butter and cook it thoroughly while stirring. Add seasonings and cheese. Stir in the cheese to the sauce is melted. Cool it a bit. Stir in the egg yolks one at a time. Gently fold egg whites into batter stiftpiskede. Fill the mass in a buttered souffle form that holds about 2 litres. Bake at the bottom of the oven. Serve immediately.
