1tbspCoarse salt
1Very garlic-so not a bold, but a whole onion. peeled and cut in half
1dlWhite wine vinegar
1Organic Lemon
1tspPepper
1Large red onion
1Cube hønseboullion

1.5tbspOlive or canola oil
2canPeeled tomatoes
2Large chicken breast fillets
2dlWater
3tbspPaprika
3Large sticks celery
4Large carrots

Instructions for Osso buco inspired chicken pot

To prepare the Osso buco inspired chicken pot recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chicken breast fillets cut into large pieces (about 8 pieces in total) and fry in a thick pot in the oil. Take the chicken and come in red cloves cut into big boats. Switch - add some water if the oil is released. Then comes celery, fennel, garlic and carrots, cut into big chunks (I did not even peel the carrots - they are eco and delicious with peel). Pepper, pepper, salt, cayenne pepper and dried oregano are spiced together with vegetables for approx. 1 minute. White wine vinegar, water, chicken salad, peeled tomatoes and chicken pieces are added.

The court will simmer for approx. 1½ hours. Season with salt. Eat with brown rice (a small stick - the vegetables must fill a lot in court). Topped with chopped parsley and grated lemon. Put a little stick on the top.
