120 | g | Wheat flour |
120 | g | Butter |
120 | g | Sugar |

2 | tbsp | Orange juice, freshly squeezed |
2 | tsp | Orange peel, grated |
Instructions for Orange muffins I
To prepare the Orange muffins I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip sugar, egg, orange juice and fried orange peel light and foamy. Mix flour and baking powder together and seal it over the egg yolk. Melt and cool the butter and pour it in. Stir it all together.
Fill muffin molds 2/3 with dough.
Immediately bake the cakes in a preheated oven on the middle shelf at 180-200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20-25 minutes.
