Instructions for Orange Marmalade
To prepare the Orange Marmalade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Oranges and lemons, washed and peeled with a potato peeler. Peal is cut into fine strips (possibly on food-processor). The strips are boiled in water for 15 minutes.
The white membranes are removed from the fruit flesh, which is cut into small pieces. Place in pan with strips. Boil, covered, for about 30 minutes.
The sugar is added and everything boils further 25-30 minutes without lid.
Gelling powder and sugar and sprinkled in the mix while stirring. Cook about 2 minutes.
Make on glass.

Use only organic oranges for this recipe.
