To prepare the Orange ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel appelsinen and cut it into fillets and blend the meat with the rest of the juice.
Got milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and orange juice in a saucepan warm it up to about 80 degrees. Let it cool down a bit and legere it together with the egg yolks in a bowl.
Let it cool in the fridge and then run it on an ice-cream maker.
