¼dlRoasted pine nuts
1Red onion, sliced
10–12leavesSpinach
dlPitted black olives
2/3dlRed wine vinegar

Instructions for Orange and spinach salad

To prepare the Orange and spinach salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put each orange on a frying pan. Cut a 2 cm. Thick slice of each end - all the way to the fruit meat. Remove the skin and the white skin with a sharp knife. Divide the oranges into fillets by gently cutting down between the barriers and the fruit meat, with a slight sharp knife. Cut over a bowl to gather the juice.

Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly and tear them into small pieces and put them in a large bowl. Cake orange fillets and black olives in the bowl.

Spoon oil and vinegar nicely together in a small bowl. Pour dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve the salad immediately.
