Instructions for Omelette from South India
To prepare the Omelette from South India recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and chilli in a bowl. The onion is chopped and roasted gently in 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix the slug in the egg yolks. The tomatoes are cut into large pieces and fry for a couple of minutes on the forehead and then poured into the egg yolks. Salt and hand chopped parsley are added. Stir around the mixture, rinse the forehead and dry before 2 tablespoons of butter melt and pour the egg mass. Step until it is golden. Fold up towards the center from two sides. Turn over and fold the folded omelet on the other side and serve immediately. Decorate with a small piece of tomato and a sprinkle of parsley. Give a slice of homemade rye bread.
