Instructions for Old-fashioned pig tails
To prepare the Old-fashioned pig tails recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and scrape the tails clean.
Take a large roast pot and put it on a high boil. Swell the tails a couple of times in the pan and then pick them up until everyone is switched. When all the tails are ready, 2 dl. Water in the pan and ½ teaspoon. Salt and all the tails. Lay the lid on the pan and allow the tails to simmer for 2 hours. After they have stood for about 10 min. Add about 1 tsp. Suit - as needed. Also, remember to stir a little while in the pan while they are finished.
The potatoes are boiled in the usual way.
The soda is made from the liquid from the tails added 1/8 cream.
tips:
Traditionally, all pickled Danish goods can be added, for example. Beetroot, asia or red cabbage. Also salted chips are good as accessories. Salad traditionally does not belong, but a fresh and less distinctive salad can be used. Vegetables will, however, complement the dish better, such as steamed greens beans or cauliflower.
