Instructions for Old-fashioned hare rose
To prepare the Old-fashioned hare rose recipe, please follow these instructions:
The carefully redecorated hare ombindes with fat slices. Put in a greased baking pan. Brown at 225 degrees c. alm. oven about 20 minutes.
When the Hare is fine Brown, pour the boiling broth by, lulled to 175 degrees c. flared alm. oven, and the animal FRY about ½ hour, where it occasionally onto.
Meanwhile prepared a thick jævning. The butter is melted, afbages with the flour and have to thin water down with milk, there must be boiling. Småkoger 8-10 minutes, seasoned with salt and a light dusting of white pepper and add in å 2 tbsp. red currant jelly.
The March Hare is taken out of the oven, smooth no poured over, after which the FRY further for another ½ hour.
Now to the cloud are strained from, directly in the sauce pan. Dilute if necessary with more broth, while stir lively into the pan. Finally, to be tasted.
Eaten with butter roasted potatoes and Apple both, toasted in a little butter.
