Instructions for Old-fashioned calves with oven vegetables

To prepare the Old-fashioned calves with oven vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Gnid rose well with salt and pepper and brown it well on all sides in a pot in the butter. Add water, a split onion and lemon peel. Let the meat simmer for about 1½ to 2 hours under the lid, depending on the thickness of the bovine.
