1dlWater, lukewarm
2dlMilk
3dlOatmeal
50gYeast
750gWheat flour

Instructions for Oat bread

To prepare the Oat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the yeast with lukewarm water and sugar in dejfadet. Let it be 8-10 my.

Then add water, milk (both tempered), together the beaten egg, oatmeal, salt and most of the flour. Stir the batter well through, came possibly flour or water in so that the dough becomes firm and glossy and can release the bowl. Let dough raise, covered and snug to double size.
