125 | g | Nougat |
150 | g | Soft butter |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2.5 | dl | Whole milk |
20 | g | Corn flour |
75 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Nougat cream
To prepare the Nougat cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the milk to a boil. Melt the nougat over a water bath. Mix while sugar, egg yolks and corn flour. Pour milk, nougat and half of the butter in the egg mixture. Mix everything together and bring the cream to a boil.
Let it cool and then beat the rest of the butter in.
