To prepare the Noodle salad with summer beans and fresh herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring a saucepan that is ¾ filled with water in boil and cook the screws approx. 12-15 or follow the instructions on the package. Drip and pour into bowl. Immediately mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cool and refrigerate.
Bring a ¾-filled pan into boil, add salt. The fresh beans are boiled here approx. 4-6 min. Beans are picked up and rinsed immediately in cold water. Mix with the chilled pasta sauce.
Once again put a saucepan in boiling salt. Depending on the variety of dried beans, they are boiled approx. 1 hour and then cool, preferably up to 24 hours.
A bowl of 5 tablespoons of olive oil, vinegar and finely chopped garlic is stirred. This is poured over pasta mixture with parsley, mint and oregano. The whole is well mixed and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Serve on cold plates and decorate with herbs.
