3 | dl | Milk |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Nice fancy bread
To prepare the Nice fancy bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter and mix it with the milk, when it is lukewarm stir the yeast in gently. Add salt, sugar and flour. Stir the batter until it is smooth. Pour batter into a greased 1 ½ l. form and give the bread a few cut which is then brushed with water or egg to give it a crisp crust. Set the bread at the bottom of a cold oven on 225 C in approximately 40 minutes.
Tips:
Please be careful with the yeast as it can destroy the whole loaf if it burns on. An old oven doing it best.
