Instructions for Neapolitan packages with feta
To prepare the Neapolitan packages with feta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Thaw puff pastry lightly up and roll each plate a little out, so it will be some cm. larger. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Free the peberfrugten of cores and chop it into small cubes. Rinse and chop the cfire. Crumble the feta. Mix the feta, pepper, dill, flour and salt and pepper (part freshly ground pepper) with 2 of the eggs, beaten together. Whip the last egg with 1 tablespoon water for egg white. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with the egg. Advantage feta filling on fillet of brass, fold them together and close them well at the edges with a fork. Each package is made for it, and it should go a bit strong in getting closed packages before egg filling runs out and makes it all wet. Put packages on baking plate, brush them with egg, sprinkle, if desired. with blue poppy seeds (not visible on picture) and behind them at 200 degrees until golden and puffy, about 20-25 minutes. Can be frozen. Lunes in the oven before serving.
