Instructions for Nøddekurve
To prepare the Nøddekurve recipe, please follow these instructions:
Almonds chopped fine.
The pulp is kneaded together and shaped into a sausage packed in baking paper and put in a refrigerator until baked.
When the pulp is to be baked it should be cut into pieces of approx. 25 g. To be baked and baked in the oven at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven until they are golden approx. 15 minutes, be aware that they flow a lot.
Rinse a little on the baking sheet before laying over a bowl of suitable size, which gives the curve shape. Leave them to stand for 5 minutes over the bowl until they are cold and stiff.
Sprinkle ball and fill in the baskets just prior to serving.
