Ingredients for Nøddebarer

Greased baking pan at ca. 20 x 20
1Together the beaten egg
175gDried fruits URf.eks. raisins, dates or prunes
2tbspCorn flour
3dlOrange juice
30gRoasted chunks of hazelnuts
30gRoasted pine nuts
60gWheat flour

Instructions for Nøddebarer

To prepare the Nøddebarer recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Set the oven to 150 degrees.
2. Chop dried fruit.
3. Stir the chopped fruit together with pine nuts, coarse hazelnuts,
Wheat flour and maizena. Stir well.
Add apple egg and orange juice. Stir well.
5. Bring the mixture into a dish of 20x20 cm.
6. Place the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the cake surface turns brown.
7. Remove the dish from the oven and allow the fruit bread to cool.
8. Divide the fruit bread cake in the middle and gently lift the 2 pieces out of the dish.
9. Cut the fruit bread cake into bars approx. 3x10 cm.
