1 | tsp | Salt |
1 1/2 | dl | Water |
1/2 | dl | Oil |
2 | tsp | Vinegar |
250 | g | Small herring |
3 | tbsp | Hermes etas dryslet or 11/2 tsp hermes etas liquid |
3 | tbsp | Sugar free mustard |
Instructions for Mustard III
To prepare the Mustard III recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the fillets into pieces or leave them whole. Mix water, apple vinegar and salt to make and pour it over the herring. Leave it cold for approx. 3 hours. To the sauce stir all the ingredients in the mustard in that order. Pour the sauce over the herring and leave it cold for approx. 1 day before serving.
