To prepare the Mustard Herring II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the fillets and Pat them dry in paper towel. Cut them out into 1-2 cm wide slices and put them in a herring dish. Stir in mustard and sugar together and add oil in a thin beam. Stir until the sauce is smooth and even. Add the chopped leek and dill. Pour the marinade over the herring and stir around a bit. Let the herring drag for at least a couple of hours or overnight in a cool place.
