To prepare the Mussels fried with chili recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean mussels thoroughly for sand. The open mussels that do not shut down itself by a light bank on the shell, discarded. Heat a little oil in a roomy saucepan, and saute the onions for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, chili and garlic. Let the grates together for 1 minute and got lemon juice, 1 cup water and the cleaned mussels by. Got a lid on the pan. Stir into the pan for 2 minutes.
